A Map Hill Update and a recipe…?

Just a little fyi for all you readers.

While partaking in a lovely study session in oh-so-wonderful Map Hill, I was informed by a resident that the cable is out.  Yes people, every tv is cable free. And you thought an empty hot water heater was bad?  Bust out the DVD’s if you think you’ll be watchin TV.

Looks like its either time to break out an antenna or pass out listenin to the white noise of static.

To help all you stressed out residents of Babson, The good Reverend has decided to share a little home styled recipe with y’all.  You can make it yourself next time you’re at trim and I’ve found this treat to turn every meal into a smile.  And hey, it can even impress a few folk who’ve never heard of a proper milkshake before.  Tweak it and master it and carry on a tradition that was passed on to me by one of my well respected upperclassmen.

The Reverend’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Mid-West Milkshake

  1. Start with a full size green glass
  2. Next, fill it two thirds of the way full with chocolate ice-cream (or custard if you wanna be anal) in a fashion that it spirals up the walls of the glass (Important)
  3. Add a hearty squeeze of chocolate syrup
  4. Grab a knife and walk over to the peanut butter
  5. Get about a lil less than a spoonfull’s worth of PB and use the knife to slide it into the glass (Careful, too much and you’ll taste nothin but peanut butter!)
  6. Now this part is really up to your own preference
I fill the glass with 2% milk till its about half way from the ice cream to the top of the glass (less milk for a thicker shake, if you want to eat it with a spoon)

    Adjust as necesarry

*Optional Accesories*
Get clever people, use whatever asset you can!
A friend of mine in trim can typically hook it up with some whipped cream
Drizzle some chocolate/caramel on top when you’re done
If it’s Sunday, try sundae toppings
Go classic and dip a cookie or brownie in it

PS- Don’t expect any regularity for me to be so positive about trim, this is just one way to make life better.  So for all you haters reading this, this time you can fuckin bite me if you don’t like the fuckin milkshake, in fact, choke on it if you don’t like it.
