At first, I thought about how pathetic that is, that it likely won't even get near 50% by graduation. But then I realized it hasn't been this high in years. How pathetic is THAT? Actions speak louder than words. And so far, people aren't acting on donations. I don't blame them. There is no feeling of being part of something at Babson. You just sort of go to school here and that's where the connection ends. iheartbabson is probably retarded. We don't care about the class gift because it's a waste of money. Not to mention, if we donate a few bucks, then Babson says donate more. If we don't donate, then we get asked why. Which one do you think helps get more things done around this school? Keep in mind most of us don't have millions of daddy's dollars sitting around in a trust fund waiting for us to piss it away. So believe it or not $5 is worth a lunch or a couple gallons of gas, and eating and getting to work tend to be more valuable to me than the security of knowing my money went to something completely useless.
